Objectives |
Upon successful completion, the participant will be able to: o describe the TSO environment as it relates to MVS. o describe the structure of the ISFP/PDF environment. o exploit, navigate and tailor ISPF/PDF using function keys and command line commands. o perform the following ISPF/PDF functions: File management (allocate, copy/move, delete and uncatalog). Library management (compress, delete and rename). Edit and Browse to change and create files. Use HELP and Tutorial to provide information about a specific topic(s). Use Data Set Utilities. o use SDSF to observe and manage jobs and JES output in the active, input, output and held output queues. o discuss the many features of StarTool. |
