- Discuss the ways relational databases implement XML.
- Discuss the pureXML features and innards.
- Discuss the differences between SQL and XQuery.
- Discuss and exploit the XQuery Data Model.
- Code using XQuery Language Basics and syntax.
- Code using XPath Expressions.
- Code using XQuery FLWOR expressions to select, filter and sort results.
- Use Functions to affect the output of an XQuery.
- Use the XMLQUERY, XMLTABLE and XMLEXISTS functions for mixing XQuery with SQL.
