Objectives

Upon successful completion, the participant will be able to:

·        code using the basic SQL structure of:

            Select, From, Group by, Having and Order by

·        code using the following SQL techniques:

            Simple or Inner Joins, Outer Joins, Sub-Selects and Correlated             Sub-Selects.

·        Create queries using some of the following:

            Fetch First N Rows Only

            Case Expression

            Additional functions such as:

            Cast, Value, Concat, Rollup and Rank

·        Discuss some performance tips for SQL performance.
